FullCircle Registry

FullCircle was founded by Mr. Steven Whitten in 1991. Mr. Whitten developed a system that would provide important electronic medical information instantly at the time of need worldwide.

After nine years and thousands of hours, along with capital from numerous individuals and corporations, Steve's inspiration led to the development and launch of FullCircle Registry, Inc.

FullCircle Registry, Inc. was founded to provide a state-of-the-art system to electronically store and retrieve critical and important documents. Through the use of coded customer IDs' and PINs', the system was designed to allow medical personnel to quickly obtain critical information about our customers' special medical needs, wishes and emergency contact information.

Unfortunately, Steves business model was far in front of the times and it was difficult to market the concept back in 1999 when the programs were launched. In addition, the marketing direction was moving into the institutional arena rather than the individual arena. People were not investing in that protection but it soon became evident that Hospitals, Clinics, and Doctors offices were beginning to participate in electronic medical record storage.

Since that time the situation has changed and it is believed that FullCircle will once again become a participate in electronic medical record storage. Today the system is still flawed in that it is difficult to move medical information from one Hospital to another. The medical record storage industry will need to develop a cloud storage system that can be accessed by all at any time. That service is still far from being complete.

Eventually we expect to re-engage the electronic record storage business. In this event we would move toward the acquisition of that business rather than to incubate that model ourselves.

In 2007 the company was forced to change directions and engaged the services of Norman L. Frohreich to develop a new business model.

Essentially Mr. Frohreich changed the mission of the company to provide exit plans for successful businesses. Today our society has changed. Very few children are returning to the family business after their education is complete. In addition, the banks are not providing the necessary capital for owners to find buyers for their exit plans.

It is the vision of Mr. Frohreich that we need to provide that exit capability utilizing and learning about the successes of Berkshire Hathaway, H&R Block and Edward Jones. Warren Buffett excels at selecting companies. He purchased Dairy Queen but he surely does not make the banana splits. In that same light H&R Block became an accounting company powerhouse by moving into rural America offering exit plans and franchises to existing small accounting firms. In the process H&R block was able to increase the available products and those small rural firms exploded in growth.

Edward Jones discovered that rural America had untapped wealth and moved into the smaller communities to service those potential investors. With that business model Edward Jones has evolved into one of the largest brokerage firms in the country.

FullCircle wishes to provide exit plans targeting smaller businesses in rural America. One of the immediate candidates for this business model would be the insurance agency industry.

FullCircle has started the acquisition process. We do not plan to isolate ourselves into any narrow business model. Initially, we have established three holding companies; FullCircle Insurance Agency, Inc., FullCircle Prescription Services, Inc., and FullCircle Entertainment, Inc. to begin setting up the homes for the businesses that we acquire. Individual web pages are under construction for these companies. We do have a beginning web page for our Prescription business which has the address of: www.fullcirclerx.com. We are in the beginning states of internet trolling for customers in our prescription services business.

To further understand the new direction of the company we have developed an "Announcements Page" which contains all of the Company releases, 10Ks, 10Qs, and media coverage over the past year.

In the link below you can access all of the company SEC filings since the company became public. FullCircle is a fully compliant SEC reporting public company. We trade under the symbol FLCR on the Nasdaq OTC trading platform.
